This training provides key skills and learnings for participants to implement the Safe & Together Model into their practice. \n\n\n\nEach day of training provides experiential classroom training focused on the following foundational practice areas: Assessment\, Interviewing & Engagement\, Documentation\, and Case Planning & Interventions. \n\n\n\nCore Training explores the importance of: \n\n\n\n\nIdentifying the impact of domestic violence on children and family functioning\n\n\n\nGathering a fact-based assessment of the perpetrators’ behavior patterns\n\n\n\nPartnering with survivors of domestic violence\n\n\n\nIntervening with perpetrators\n\n\n\nUnderstanding how domestic violence intersects with other issues like substance abuse and mental health\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nRegister\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nFor more information\, contact Jean Roemer at jroemer@centersc.org or view an informational video.
